About Us

At Jobs4Autism, individuals with autism come together to share experiences, gain fresh perspectives and ultimately find employment with the help of their family members, caregivers and job coaches.  We all have a similar goal:  to help those on the autism spectrum find opportunities that will lead to success, happiness and independence.

Jobs4Autism.com is a resource of job success and job failure stories for individuals with autism, their family members, job coaches and caregivers. It allows everyone to share job ideas and help find long-term employment opportunities for those with autism.

Anyone who has an autism job-related experience (good or bad) is invited to share it with others on the Jobs4Autism.com site.

Employers are also invited to post job openings or even specific employment stories.

Alternatively, call or email Barbara and let her write your story for you at no charge. Feel free to call or email with questions, as well.

Thank you very much!

Jobs4Autism Team

Team – Job4Autism.com was originally a collaborative effort of four undergraduate students at the University of Notre Dame under the guidance of Professor Khalil Matta.  The team aspired to generate employment opportunities for people with autism.

The team was made up of four graduating seniors who are, from left to right: Scott Meier, Ramiro (Ram) Ballesteros, Michael Lerma and Kathleen Pedraza.  This photo was shot by another Notre Dame senior, Kaity Fuja, who has launched her own photography business.  Other samples of her work can be found at www.omg-photography.com.

The Notre Dame team turned the project over to NameStormers in May 2009.
