Connor Quisenberry – October Contest Winner

As Jobs4Autism’s “Story of the Month” winner for October, Connor received a $25 Amazon gift card. Read his story about his job as a shoe processor at TJ Maxx here.

Connor lives with his parents in Austin, Texas. He was very happy to graduate from high school in 2008, and now he receives assistance from the school district in finding and maintaining jobs in the community.

In addition to Connor’s job at TJ Maxx, he volunteers at a healthcare center and a church.

Connor competes in Special Olympics in several sports. He likes to keep track of how many calories he burns when he works out at the health club.

Recently Connor was a groomsman in his sister’s wedding, where he wore his first tux and danced like crazy. Connor is a San Antonio Spurs fan. His favorite player is Michael Finley.

Connor likes to spend the money he earns at the movies, at bookstores, and buying huge Diet Cokes.

Congratulations Connor!  Thanks for sharing your  job story!
