New Coulter Video: Asperger Syndrome at Work

Dan and Julie Coulter started producing videos after their son Drew was diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome. In 2009, Dan himself was also diagnosed.

With a background in television production, and their own personal experience with Asperger’s, they produce videos that focus on helping those on the spectrum succeed in relationships, work, and school, while helping others understand autism and Asperger Syndrome a little better.

Coulter Video’s latest release is Asperger Syndrome at Work“, a “how-to” guide for those on the spectrum who are seeking jobs, as well as advice for potential employers. It features interviews with six successful employees with Asperger Syndrome, as well as their supervisors, coworkers and job coaches.

The DVD includes two programs: one for job seekers and one that shows employers the benefits of hiring someone with Asperger Syndrome. In addition to the interviews, there is also a review of key recommendations for job seekers as well as an interview with Dan Coulter, looking back over his career in light of his fairly recent Asperger Syndrome diagnosis.

wow I am so glad finally. I am an adult on the spectrum. my career was not good due to being on the spectrum. I now struggle with how to interview since I was offically diganosed 5 years ago at the age of 50. But had it all my life. good work. greg
